Your Inspection

We know buying a home can run the gambit of emotions for you from concern, being nervous to the excitement of it all.  You have hired us to provide an unbiased inspection of the home from the good, to the bad, to the sometimes ugly.  The overview on the right will give you a good idea of what we plan to cover while we are on site with you and we aim to provide a detailed and informative report of the overall condition of the home.

A great deal of information will be collected during the inspection, so we encourage you to follow along so we can point out and discuss the most important concerns.  And, we like questions, the old saying "there is no such thing as a dumb question" holds true, especially when you are making the big decision of a new home. This is your inspection, ask away!

After the inspection, we will produce your report and email you a link to view that report from any device online.  If you need a PDF copy you can create it right in the report screen.  You can also create a list of repair items to present to the seller directly from the online report or forward the report your Agent.  Most reports will be delivered within 24 hours of the completion of your home inspection.
